Why does the intial load take ages after 20 minutes?

Hi Guys,

I have been having a little trouble with my site...

When I deploy it to a managed hosting provider and run it... the first time it takes about 30 seconds to pre-compile. After subsequent hits it works fine. But if it idle's for more than than 20 minutes then it will take 3 minutes for the first request.

Relly stumped as to what this could be. The only odd thing I think is that the IOC container I am using does not work well with my hosting providers set up?

Are there any settings I can put in the System.Webserver section to perhaps stop the thing timining out? If I am on a hosted IIS platform is the System.Webserver section even relevant?
