We have a mobile APP, that interacts with our IIS 7 hosted services. One of the services, returns an Image binary. We have noticed in the IIS logs that intermittently, request for these images are taking response time ("time-taken") more than 1 minute.
The App is working on Android and iPhone clients.
The image size ranges from 200 KB to 500 KB.
May you please inform why this intermittent behaviour could be? Could this be because of clients on slow network? How can I prove this, is there a way to log client connectivity parameters in IIS logs as well?
