My IIS downloads around 4 to 6 mb per sec. I've tried some things like chimney and turning off firewall already but nothing seems to help. Another weird thing is that the FTP server is also 'stucked' around that speed. I'm not sure where to look anymore :/ Any tips?
Windows 2013 with 1000mbit internet
