I am experiencing this issue and is getting big.. basically I have an IIS 7.5 that exposes PDF files over https, everything works pretty fine but when it comes to load big pdf (10, 15 mb) it start going nuts and the performance slow down as we go over with the download.. is pretty crazy, if I serve the same file on a test website thru normal HTTP on the same server and consuming it from the same client, the time is 20 second per 18 mb, the same 18 mb file in https goes over 14 minutes.. :/
Any idea? What could I check to help you in helping me drilling down this issue?
