My Silverlight App running on IIS7. Once the app loads it seems to work fine, but the load time for the app is approximately 3 to 4 minutes. I thought it was a xap file size issue. My xap file was 8mb and I thought that was the problem so I have been streamlining the app which is now down to only 3.5mb. But the app is taking the same amount of time as it did before reducing my xap file down. So I'm thinking it may be IIS server configuration issue. My app displays the splash screen while it downloads the xap file. I've used fiddler to determine that it is waiting for the xap to complete its download.
What setting should I look at on IIS?
